Victoria Springs is an impressive 2 storey, split level chalet located down Geebung Rd in a lovely quiet position on the edge of the village. The block is one of the largest at Dinner Plain which allows for great snowplay for Kids and has space for 4-5 cars.
Level 1 contains 4 bedrooms, a childrens retreat and 2 bathrooms. The large entry foyer has ski racks and a drying room and leads into the childrens retreat. This open room contains TVNCR and a single bed with large cushions. Past this area is the first bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and an open wardrobe. This area of the house is perfect for Children. On the other side of the entrance foyer is the second bedroom with a queen bed, a set of bunks and open wardrobe. There is a bathroom here with shower over a large 2/3 person spa, separate toilet and a laundry (washing machine/dryer/trough).
Up a small flight of stairs are bedrooms 3 and 4 which have a shared ensuite and a toilet. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and wardrobe.
On the second storey is the kitchen/living/dining area. The dining table will seat at least 10 Guests and is one of the biggest at Dinner Plain! The lounge has a large wood fireplace, TV/DVD/CD Stereo and 2 x 3 seater couches. A balcony with BBQ is accessed past the dining table. The kitchen is very modern, featuring a timber floor, large fridge/freezer with ice machine, gas stove, microwave, stainless steel oven and dishwasher, coffee plunger and other quality appliances throughout. There are a generous amount of cupboards and bench space is excellent.
From this level you can access an open loft area which has a double futon (linen not supplied), 2 single seater armchairs, 2 window seats and a chess table. This separate retreat affords lovely views over the snowgums.
